Terms of service
Last updated: 18 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-18
The short version: you connect your tools, Vesqo reads them and tells you what matters, you decide what to do. It is a tool for businesses, priced per month, cancellable any time.
Operator and agreement
Vesqo is operated by Carlos Soares (MotionKeys), Rua de Santo Antonio 654, Penafiel Porto, tax id PT260967114. Contact: hello@vesqo.app. These terms bind the person who creates an account and the company or workspace on whose behalf they do so; that person confirms they may act for it. Vesqo is offered to businesses and professionals, not to consumers.
What Vesqo does
Vesqo connects to the tools you already use (billing, analytics, error tracking, support, CRM, code host, public sources), reads them with the credentials you provide, turns what it reads into events and accounts, runs rules that raise signals, sends a daily brief and notifications, answers questions about your data, and, when you set it up, performs actions you defined in other tools. Signals and answers are automated findings: they can be wrong, late or incomplete, and they are not advice. You remain responsible for what you do with them.
Your account, your workspace, your sources
Keep your credentials secure, use your own tools' credentials only within their terms, and only connect sources whose data you are entitled to process. You are the controller of your customers' data and are responsible for having a lawful basis and giving your own notices. Invite only people who should see everything the workspace holds; a member sees the whole workspace. Do not use Vesqo to break the law, attack other systems, or process data you have no right to.
Data processing terms (GDPR Article 28)
Subject matter and duration: the personal data your connected sources send, for as long as the workspace exists. Nature and purpose: storing, joining, analysing and displaying it to find and explain signals, and performing the actions you configure. Categories of data subjects: your customers, prospects and their staff; the people who write to your support inbox; the people your error tracker identifies. Categories of data: identifiers and contact details, subscription and payment events, usage counts, support messages, CRM records, error occurrences.
We process only on your documented instructions, which are these terms and the choices you make in the product; keep the people with access bound to confidentiality; apply the measures described in the privacy policy; engage the sub-processors listed there and tell you, by email to workspace owners, at least 30 days before adding one, with the right to object and end the agreement; help you answer data subject requests and meet your security, breach and impact-assessment duties in so far as the product and its logs allow; delete or return the data when the workspace ends, subject to the backup period stated; and make available the information needed to show compliance, including answering reasonable audit questions once a year.
Plans and payment
A new workspace has 14 days of everything, free, no card. After that it needs a plan: Starter, Growth or Scale, at the monthly price shown on the pricing page, in euros, plus VAT where it applies. Payment is by card through Stripe and renews every month until cancelled. Each plan has limits (products, sources, members, questions a day) shown on the pricing page and enforced in the product. Upgrades take effect at once and are prorated; downgrades at the next renewal. Prices can change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
Cancelling, pausing, ending
Cancel from Billing in one click; paid access runs to the end of the month already paid and is not refunded. A workspace without a plan is paused: nothing syncs, no signals, no brief, your data is kept for 90 days for you to come back or export, then deleted. You can delete a workspace at any time; that deletes its data as the privacy policy describes. We may suspend a workspace for serious misuse, non-payment or a security risk, and tell you when we reasonably can.
Your data and ours
Your data stays yours; you give us the licence needed to run the service for you, and nothing more. The rules, the product and its code are ours. Anything you write in an automation or an ask is yours. We may use aggregate, non-identifying statistics about how the product is used to improve it.
Availability and liability
We aim for a reliable service and tell you about incidents, but Vesqo is offered as is. A missed or wrong signal is not a breach. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any twelve months is limited to what you paid us in that time, and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue or lost data at a connected provider. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may change these terms; material changes come with 30 days' notice by email to workspace owners, and you may cancel before they take effect. Portuguese law governs and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction, without removing mandatory protection you enjoy elsewhere. Questions: hello@vesqo.app.
